Case summary
- 40 year old male
- Chief complaints:
- Exertional dyspnea and chest pain
- ECHO ; Markedly thickened septum with dynamic obstruction
- Pressure gradient between ascending aorta and left ventricle 100 mmHg
- The symptom was markedly improved. The patient did not have any remnant dyspnea.
- After the myectomy, the patient was much improved and returned home.
